The new, compact Revo® MGX spinning reel was redesigned in 2019 and is designed with its lighter weight for the discerning angler. In order to achieve a super light weight, the construction starts with a unique one-piece X-Mag gear made of magnesium alloy. The addition of a new, carbon reinforced shackle reduces weight without sacrificing stability. High quality, machined aluminum gears offer silky smooth gears, durability, and performance. A 10 + 1 HPCR ™ bearing system ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and a super smooth run.
